KrisFlyer UOB Credit Card
The KrisFlyer UOB Credit Card offers a very attractive bonus rate on things you’re most likely to spend on. The KrisFlyer UOB Credit Card is available to anyone who earns a minimum income of $30,000 per annum and carries an annual fee of $192.602. The first year’s fee is waived but paying the annual fee in subsequent years yields 10,000 miles. As this is a cobrand card, there are no transfer fees involved and your miles are automatically credited to your KrisFlyer account.
If you spend at least S$500 per card membership year on SIA-related transactions, you will also earn a bonus rate of 3 mpd on dining, online shopping and travel, and transport. Besides, there is no cap on the bonus miles you can earn.
Standard Chartered Visa Infinite
Standard Chartered Visa Infinite Credit Card not only allows affluent travelers to maximize miles with market-leading rewards rates, but it also provides stand-out transport benefits and even rewards banking activity. Cardholders earn 1.4 miles per S$1 local spend and 3 miles overseas, receive rental privileges with Hertz Asia and up to 25% fuel savings at Caltex3. If you’re an average spender looking to avoid annual fees while still earning miles and enjoying a variety of travel perks, DBS Altitude Visa Card is a great option for you. Cardholders earn 1.2 miles per S$1 local spend, 2 miles for overseas spend, and 3 miles for online travel spend–plus promotional rates like up to 10 miles for transactions with Expedia and Kaligo5. Travellers can quickly accumulate miles (that never expire) and can enjoy perks like free airport lounge visits, travel insurance, and golfing privileges. Even with these perks, which are on par with those of some pricier cards, DBS Altitude Visa Card remains affordable.
